All UK orders containing RIFs batteries will be sent using Parcelforce express48 as a minimum for delivery service.
This option should be selected at checkout else you may experience delays and, or additional charges.
Small Order Items
On most other orders we ship with UPS across the United Kingdom, and internationally. On occasion we may require some packages to be sent through Royal Mail. We will always select the most appropriate, safest and fastest delivery possible based on your shipping chosen.
You will have the option for standard or expedited delivery at checkout, however if your order contains a backordered item, pre-order or inventory that is currently on route as part of a restock your delivery will be sent within 24 hours of all items being in stock.
We will always endeavour to despatch your package as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours however peak times may affect this and take slightly longer. Orders for RIFs may take 48 hours as we test and chronograph each rifle before shipping.
Couriers deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm (0800 – 1800 hours) except for holidays. All delivery is provided by professional courier service, who have their own service level agreements.
Cost of Delivery
The cost of delivery will be added to your order total. You can select your preferred method of delivery from the options displayed at the checkout. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and costs but this is usually done in your favour and you will be informed by email.
In addition to this, if our courier cannot deliver goods to a premises and the goods are returned to us then the customer will be charged for the return delivery back and then charged for a second delivery.
All deliveries must be checked by the receiver (customer) BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged in anyway either refuse to accept delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. You should only sign for the goods if you are satisfied. In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as “not checked”. If a customer fails to follow this and a package is signed for as received in good condition. We may find it difficult (or impossible) to claim compensation in this case.
We are pleased to now offer delivery to most worldwide locations, this includes all of Europe, USA and some other countries.
If you require postage outside of the UK to a location that we do not currently ship to please contact us directly, we can then assist you with sourcing your item.
